Pochi Pochi アカウントとデータの削除

アプリから削除する

  1. Pochi Pochi を開き、右上の「⋯」→「設定」を開きます。
  2. 「アカウントを削除」を選び、確認のためもう一度ログインします。

クラウド上のカウント・メモ・解放済みテーマ・アカウントがすぐに削除されます。

アプリを使えない場合

mk08293@icloud.com宛てに、件名「アカウント削除依頼」で、ログインに使ったメールアドレスをお送りください。本人確認のうえ、30日以内に削除し、完了をお知らせします。

削除されるデータ / 残るデータ

削除：アカウント、カウントの名前・回数・メモ・テーマ、解放済みテーマ、報酬の記録。
残るもの：古い端末からの復元を防ぐための「削除済み」を示すIDのみ。ログインせずに使っていたデータは端末内にあり、アプリを削除すると消えます。

Delete your Pochi Pochi account and data

In the app: open Pochi Pochi → “⋯” → Settings → Delete account, then sign in again to confirm. Your cloud counters, memos, unlocked themes and account are deleted immediately.

Without the app: e-mail mk08293@icloud.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and the e-mail address you signed in with. We will delete it within 30 days after verifying it's you.

Deleted: account, counter names/counts/memos/themes, unlocked themes, reward records. Kept: only an ID marking the account as deleted, so old devices can't restore it.
